我要減肥，真是太受傷了，昨天和一年沒見的朋友去吃了個飯，誰知道我剛和她見面她就給問我，怎麽又胖了，當我聽到說自己胖了的時候，我並不稀奇，因爲我也知道自己這一年來體重確實增加了不少，可是每當別人說我的時候我就心裏特別的不開心。我想減肥，再說了夏天都快要到了，話說又是一個露肉的季節，我現在這樣的體型，我真心的不喜歡。這次的減肥計劃，也不能只說說而已了，我要下定決心堅持到底。

最近老婆这是怎么了，每天都给我说是自己要减肥，其实她说自己要减肥我一点都 不奇怪，因为她以前的时候也经常的给我说自己要减肥，说实话，我就没见她行动过，每次就嘴上说说而已，每到吃饭的时候她就把要减肥的事情统统给忘记了。可是最近不一样了，不知道她一天都在研究什么，今天突然给我说是自己要去做一个埋線減重，听到这个埋線減重时候我真不敢相信，这次老婆要当真减肥了，其实老婆这身材还好吧，也不是太胖，就是看上去胖乎乎的，也没必要什么减肥什么的。只要健健康康的就行了。
