朋友這段時間一直在苦讀英語，因為她要辦簽證，可是英文檢定那關老是過不了，她很心急，今天上班的時候我猛然聽到一個同事說起關於英文檢定的一些事情，于是我就仔細聽了聽，聽她說她弟弟辦簽證那會兒，因為英文檢定那一關要求非常的嚴格，她弟弟好久都過不了，后來她在網上看到一家外語的補習機構是專門針對英文檢定制定的培訓班，于是她就在那家培訓機構里面給她弟弟報了名，她弟弟補習了一段時間后很順利的就過關了，很有效果呢。

我有一個同事這幾天一直都在節食減肥，她說她今年夏天又比去年胖了好多，原來的好多衣服都穿不了了，現在她決心減肥，我告訴她節食減肥根本是不科學的而且對身體也不好，反彈的很會，我認識有一個朋友她是專門做美容的，現在她們美容院推出了一種叫做埋線減重的減肥方法，聽她說效果挺不錯的，回頭客特別多，而且埋線減重也沒有副作用，在飲食上也沒有多大的注意，和平常保持一樣就稈，你可以試試埋線減重。

現在外面的空氣是實在是太不好了，基本上每天都是霧霾，已經看不到藍天白雲了。因為生活的環境在變差，我們的身體也是每況愈下，各種疾病層出不窮，得要想辦法解決了。昨天爸爸給家裡買了一個空氣清淨機，效果還真是很不錯，用了之後感覺室內的空氣一下子就變清新了。於是我就推薦給了身邊的朋友，他們也把空氣清淨機買回去試了一下，都說還不錯，這樣就不用每天都吸霧霾了。我覺得買一個空氣清淨機還是很必要的，至少可以讓家裡的空氣變好。

隔壁住的一個女孩英文特別好，經常聽見她用很流利的英語在跟國外的客戶打電話，真是太羨慕了，我現在才後悔自己當初沒有好好學習英語。那個女孩跟我說最近準備參加一個英文檢定的考試，這個考試要是能通過的話，她可能就能換一份更好的工作了。她現在還覺得挺緊張的，因為很久沒有考試了，不知道能不能在狀態了。我覺得她通過那個英文檢定的考試肯定是沒有問題的。倒是我現在應該像她好好學習了，我也一定要把自己的英文水平提上去，不能再這樣下去了。

同事小何這段時間看上去明顯瘦了很多，聽以前的同事說她之前一直在減肥，可是一直沒有什麽效果，這段時間聽說是換了一種叫埋線減重的方法，沒想到減肥成功了，聽這個埋線減重的方法還是之前一個客戶給她介紹的呢，那會就是她在跟那個客戶，那個客戶以前也是很胖的，聽說後來是減肥成功才變瘦的，那個客戶知道了小何的事情后，就給小何介紹了埋線減重，說是讓小何先試試看看有沒有效果，后來小何就去做埋線減重了，剛開始的效果還不是很明顯，現在是能看出來了
